How do I set up the Order Registration module?
*If your website runs on CYBERBIZ or SHOPLINE, you can use this module directly (small-business plans excluded).
*If your website doesn't run on either of those platforms, you'll need to complete an order-verification integration first — feel free to contact us to discuss the details.
1. Create an Order Registration module
Click "+ Create Promo," then select "Purchase Reward" in the module list — Order Registration is the first option you'll see!
Once in the editor, configure these four sections based on your promo's needs
2. Confirm Entry Eligibility
*By default, the system requires member login. If your promo is limited to new members only, check the "Only allow new members registered within a set number of days" option.
*If you want to add a sense of urgency to when customers register their orders, you can use the custom field option to limit registration to specific times each day or each week!
3. Set up your prizes
Prize setup tips
*You can set up a "three-stage" reward structure for members who register their orders, and you can also set up a Refer Reward
- Stage 1 — Join and get a reward
The moment a customer registers their order and the system verifies it, they instantly receive this reward.
- Stage 2 — Pick one prize-distribution game
On top of the instant reward, you can add an extra, more playful game-based prize — not everyone has to win, which adds an element of excitement.
- Stage 3 — Lucky Draw
You can set up multiple lucky draw prizes, and can even design a momentum-building mode that encourages sharing — the more people who join, the more lucky draw prizes get unlocked.
*After the promo ends, go to Promo Management >> Winner Management to run the lucky draw.
*Refer Reward: Click here to see how to set up a Refer Reward
4. Promo settings — item verification
The system can check for multiple item keywords across multiple item series to verify eligibility — it first filters for items matching your keywords, then verifies the quantity or amount of those items.
Item series: click the "Item Series 1" field to enter the name of your first product series. If a single receipt promo covers multiple product series, you can split them out and create a separate series for each.
Item keywords: think through how to set your keywords based on your promo's goal
[For a lucky draw limited to a specific brand or specific products]
*Your business may carry multiple brands, and you may want to run a lucky draw limited to certain brands only —
for example, if any product from "Brand A" or "Brand B" qualifies for the draw, you could set it up like this
If your keywords have an "OR" relationship, you can add them on the same row — just press Enter/Return after typing one set of keywords before adding the next!
Keywords should be plain text — symbols and spaces can affect how the system reads them.
*Many businesses name products using a "brand name" plus "flavor or function" —
for example, if you want to limit the draw to Brand A pet food, cat-only, in "chicken," "cod," or "shrimp" flavor, you could set it up like this
>> So, any item whose name contains [Brand A] and [Cat] and either [Chicken] or [Cod] or [Shrimp] will pass verification.
[To exclude specific items from a draw]
*First set up the keywords for items that qualify, then enter the keywords you want to exclude.
*If you're registering all items but need to exclude certain specific ones, enter (*) as the item keyword, and set the items to exclude under "Exclude Keywords."
5. Promo settings — amount threshold
You can restrict eligibility to orders above a set amount. The system offers three modes:
No restriction (default): the system doesn't check any amount
Order total: the system uses the full order total to determine eligibility
* Best for storewide spend-threshold lucky drawsItem subtotal: the system uses the combined total of all items that match your keywords to determine eligibility
* Set up your item keywords first before choosing this option!
6. Promo settings — date restriction
You can restrict eligibility by purchase date range and by the number of days after purchase within which registration must occur. The system checks the order creation date against the range you've set.
If you want to speed up how quickly customers register and reduce hesitation, we recommend turning on "Restrict registration to within a set number of days after purchase." This creates a sense of urgency and can boost conversion.
7. Setting up the inspection period
Open the Order Registration module and you'll find promo settings on the right — the fourth one is "Inspection Period."
Click into it, turn it on, and enter the number of inspection days!
Configurable range: 0 to 31 days.
Common in Taiwan: customers can return within 7 days of purchase, so you'd set this to 7 days.
The system runs the inspection-period verification 1 day after the number of days you set.
For example, if you set the inspection period to 7 days, the system verifies it on day 8.
In the prize editor, turn on "Prize usable only after the inspection period" in the reward rules, depending on your prize-distribution method
*If this setting isn't turned on, setting an inspection period won't do anything — so make sure to enable it!
When an order passes inspection-period verification, the dashboard list shows "Passed Inspection Period." If it doesn't pass, it shows "Returned."
Customer-facing screen
If an order hasn't passed inspection-period verification, the customer sees a message reading "Prize usable only after the inspection period."
8. Visual settings
The main visual background has 3 display options
a. Text + background: this is the system default style — if you like it, you can simply adjust the background color scheme and the text on top of it. Click the text block to edit it!
b. Text + custom background: you can design a background image that matches your theme, then use the toolbar to add your promo title on top of it.
c. Image only: design a single main visual image and upload it directly to the system.
2. Button
The system's default style lets you adjust the text color and button background color, or you can switch to "Custom Style" to upload a button image you've already designed.
Here's every asset spec you'll need, all in one place!

8. Promo flow
The order's payment status must be "payment complete" for registration to succeed.
CYBERBIZ order status must be: Payment Received
SHOPLINE order status must be: Paid
If there's no matching order, or the order doesn't meet the requirements, the customer sees this screen:
No matching order:
The customer has no valid order, or entered the wrong account
The customer registers right after purchase, before the membership database has synced
The customer viewed the Order Registration module before purchasing and didn't refresh the page before registering after purchase
The customer has no order records within the verification date range set for the promo
Order doesn't meet the requirements:
Item-level verification failed
Order amount verification failed
9. Promo data
Go to Promo Management >> Participant List to look up entry records by serial number, name, order number, and more.
You can click into each entry to view its order details — item names in blue are the ones that matched your keywords.
