Photo Contest | Module Setup

How do I set up a Photo Contest challenge promo?

1. Choose a task display style | Two styles to choose from

Style options are split into: suited for 1–4 tasks, and suited for 5 or more tasks

2. Set the promo period

3. Entry eligibility settings

Setup tip

*If your promo needs to record daily progress — like a 7-day product trial log or a week of daily outfits — select "One entry per account per day" to prevent participants from uploading multiple photos in one day.

*If your promo is a one-day exhibition or in-person event where participants need to complete tasks at each booth within a single day, select "Unlimited entries."

*If you want to add some difficulty or a sense of urgency, you can "customize" specific daily or weekly time windows during which the challenge can be completed.

4. You can turn on a form to collect data from participants

This is typically used to collect participants' contact information — if the promo includes a prize, you can also collect simple contact details (like name + email) to help send winner notifications later.

*With "Unlimited entries" or "One entry per account per day," you can choose whether the form must be filled out every time someone participates.

5. You can motivate participants with promo rewards

Reward setup tips

*You can design participant rewards as a "three-stage" reward mechanism, and also set up a "Milestone Reward" and a "Refer Reward"

- Stage 1: reward for participating

An instant reward given right when a task is completed — if you require admin review, the reward is only given after it's approved.

- Stage 2: pick one prize-matching game

On top of the instant reward, you can add an extra, fun game-based reward that isn't necessarily won by everyone, adding some excitement

- Stage 3: prize draw
You can set up multiple draw prizes, and even design a momentum-building mode that encourages sharing — the more people participate, the more draw prizes unlock.

*After the promo ends, go to Promo Management >> Winner Management to run the prize draw

- Milestone Reward: only unlocks once a participant reaches a task-completion threshold, and you can set a different prize-matching method for each milestone
Setup flow for each milestone: 1. Choose the task-completion threshold 2. Choose the prize-matching game

6. Task card design

A task card consists of the main visual, promo title, promo description, task icon, task title, and task button — you can freely decide whether to turn each block on or off under "Task Theme."

[Main visual] Recommended image size: 1440x800(px)

[Promo title] You can bake the title directly into the main visual, or enter it here instead

[Promo description] Briefly describe the task flow here

[Task icon] Recommended image size: 800x800(px). After clicking the icon, click "Edit Content" to design a frame for each task for participants to use — recommended frame size: 800x800(px)
