Introducing the Points Center

What is Feversocial's Points feature?

Unlike the industry-standard purchase-based rewards points (bonus points/member points) or in-store stamp cards — which typically come from a single source with a single redemption method — Feversocial Points lets you run a single points system with multiple ways to earn and multiple ways to redeem.

From invoice registration point-earning to 20+ promo task types that earn points, and even awarding points for specific behaviors via API — points become genuinely tied to a consumer's everyday life, turning into a real bargaining chip in the relationship between brand and consumer.

Who's a good fit for Feversocial's Points feature?

  1. Brands that already have purchase-based points (member spending points), but want to add a rewards model that's not tied to purchases

  2. Brands that need a points feature managed centrally by headquarters/a group across organizations or companies

  3. Brands/service products with no existing points system, who want to build one from scratch

  4. Brands that need a points system for short-term promos

How does Feversocial's Points feature work?

Let's walk through this using the two modes: earning points and redeeming points:

  • How do you earn points?

    1. You can run an Invoice Registration promo to collect purchase invoices — the system can automatically calculate points based on the amount for qualifying items. You can set 1 point per $100, or 1 point per $1, and configure this freely within the promo

    2. Use any of our many other interactive modules, and set promo points as the task-completion reward in the prize settings. For example: earn points for completing a survey, earn points for a daily check-in, or earn points once an uploaded unboxing photo passes review.

    3. We offer a points-awarding API for you to integrate yourself — you can award promo points for events that happen within your own product

  • How do you redeem points?

  1. A points redemption promo module.
You can list gifts that points can be redeemed for and set a redemption threshold for each.

  2. Redeem points for a draw entry
You can require consumers to have enough points, and deduct a set amount, before they can participate in that promo

For example: spend 5 points to spin the wheel, spend 50 points to pick a gift of your choice
