Points Center Setup Guide

Build your own member rewards system

The Points Center helps you build member loyalty through points issuance and redemption, boosting return visits and engagement. This guide walks you through setting up your Points Center, step by step, starting with the basics.

1. Set up your Points Center

The first time you open the Points Center, the system walks you through initial setup.

  1. Open the Points Center: Click "Points Center" in the top menu.

  2. Create a points pool and name your points

    • Points name: Click the settings button and give your points a name that fits your brand (e.g. "FeverPoints," "Sport Coins") — 20 characters or fewer.

    • Add a points pool: If you need multiple points pools, choose "+ Add points pool" from the left menu.

2. Points Center appearance and advanced settings

Once your points pool is set up, you can fine-tune the Points Center's appearance and notifications.

1. Basic info and status

In "Points Management" > "Settings":

  • Points status: You can "activate" or "deactivate" a points pool at any time.

  • Expiry date: See your current plan's expiry info.

2. Customize the appearance

Click "Points Record Style" to personalize the look:

  • Main visual: Upload a banner for desktop (2880 x 600 px recommended) and mobile (590 x 600 px recommended) to reinforce your brand.

  • Points icon style: Choose how points records are displayed, and customize or pick a background color — recommended image size: 80 x 80 px.

  • Theme colors: Adjust the text, accent, and background colors to match your brand.

3. Automatic notification settings

  • In the "Points Notifications" tab, you can turn on LINE message notifications for "total points" and "points expiring."

  • When a member's points are about to expire, the system automatically sends a reminder message — a great way to re-engage inactive customers.

*Heads up: This feature requires connecting your brand's LINE Official Account first. Any messaging fees from sending automatic notifications are the sponsor's own responsibility!

3. Managing your member list and adjusting points

You can check your points pool's usage and the full list of promos linked to it at any time, and manually add or deduct points for a specific member.

1. View statistics

*Points Center stats update roughly every 4 hours — if you've just finished a promo, allow some time for the data to sync.

2. View the points list

  • On the Points Management home page, click "View Points List."

  • You can switch between platforms (LINE, Facebook, enterprise integration) to view member records from each source.

  • Search: Quickly find a specific member by "serial number," "LINE UID," "Facebook UID," or "member UID."

3. Manually adjust points

To reward or deduct points for a specific member:

[Step 1] In the member list, click the notepad icon next to a member to open their points record.

[Step 2] Click the "Manual Adjustment" button in the top-right corner.

[Step 3] Adjustment type: Choose "Add points" or "Deduct points."

[Step 4] Points amount: Enter the amount to adjust.

[Step 5] Expiry date: Set an expiry date for this batch of points.

[Step 6] Reason for adjustment: Add a note (e.g. "reissued reward," "order canceled — points reclaimed") to make reconciliation easier later.

[Step 7] Click "Confirm" to complete the adjustment.

4. Points Center links and widgets

4.1 Give customers a permanent link to check their own points history

[Step 1] Go to the Points Center and click Settings
[Step 2] Click the Points Lookup Widget, choose the same login method used in your points promo, then copy the link onto your page.

*If you have your own LINE Official Account or app, we also recommend adding a points lookup link to your rich menu, so customers can easily check their current points!

4.2 Widget feature

If you'd also like to show points history on a web page, use the widget feature.

[Step 1] On the Settings page, find "Points Lookup Widget."

[Step 2] Choose a login method (Facebook / LINE).

[Step 3] Copy the system-generated HTML code.

[Step 4] Paste the code into your page's text block source-code field and click Preview to see the points history block!
