[How to track promo data]
Feversocial lets brands track events that happen on the promo page, such as page views, promo login, interaction participation, and form submissions, and more. Just set up your brand's tracking code, like a GA4 measurement ID or GTM, in the organizer dashboard, and the system will automatically embed that tracking code across every page your brand has on the Feversocial platform (including promo pages and website pages), and fire our system's standard events. (Learn more: Standard events fired by Feversocial)
Standard tracking codes we support embedding: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Remarketing Conversion ID, Facebook Pixel, and LINE Tag. Beyond these, if you need to track anything else, you can add that code into GTM and deploy it to your pages through GTM.
※ If your domain tracks conversions through a URL tracking tool, you can also set up an "enterprise URL conversion tracking code" in the dashboard, which passes parameters through to track a customer's journey all the way to conversion.
《Feversocial's data flow design》
1. Feversocial's data flow design sends events that happen on the page to our GTM via a dataLayer, and our GTM then centrally handles firing every necessary tracking code (including GA4, Facebook Pixel, LINE Tag, and more).
If you enter your tracking account IDs directly in the dashboard (GA4, FB Pixel, LINE), your account will automatically start receiving the standard events we fire.
2. If your brand has its own GTM set up, we'll also sync events to your GTM via dataLayer.
So, you can read the standard events our system pushes into the dataLayer through your GTM, and then define your own custom events from there.
If you're planning to track promo participation performance, we recommend completing your promo subdomain setup. Per Google's recommendation, if it's a web data stream on the same root domain, you can use a single, shared GA4 measurement ID to consolidate data collection.
[How to embed each tracking code]
First go to Organizer Settings > Tracking Code Settings to configure this
Google Analytics 4
We send events to GA's behavior reports, so marketers can capture every small action a visitor takes — you can treat specific events as tracking/advertising conversion goals, and use them to optimize your ads.
Where do I find my GA4 tracking code?
Go to "
Admin" in the GA4 dashboard — you'll find it in the bottom left of the GA dashboard interface
Go to "Data Streams," select your web stream, and copy the Measurement ID, formatted as "G-xxxxxxxx."
Paste it into the Feversocial dashboard, and you're done.
Since GA4 turns on Enhanced Measurement by default, Feversocial's Config Tag will also fire a page_view event when it loads. But if you're loading GA4 through GTM for site-wide tracking, uncheck firing page_view to avoid double-counting.
Google Tag Manager
GTM is a powerful tag management tool that lets you add and easily manage different tracking codes on your website.
Where do I find my GTM code?
On the Tag Manager home page, find the "Account" that owns your container
Under the account, you'll see the "Container Name," "Type," and "Container ID"
Copy the Container ID string, formatted as "GTM-XXXXXXX"
Paste it into the Feversocial dashboard, and you're done.
※ To use a GTM code, please also purchase the "subdomain integration" add-on.
The dashboard supports embedding multiple GTM containers — if your marketing agency needs to embed their own tracking code on your pages, you can create a GTM container, hand editing access to the agency, and then paste the code into the dashboard and publish the container once it's ready.
Google Ads Remarketing Conversion ID
If you're running Google Ads, you can use the code provided by the Ads dashboard to track site visitors, letting your ads target people who have already visited your site more precisely.
Where do I find my Google Ads Remarketing conversion ID?
Go to the Google Ads dashboard, then into "Conversions" under "Tools & Settings"
Choose to add a new "Website" tracking type, and complete the related setup
When you reach the tag setup step, choose to use GTM
Copy the Conversion ID shown on screen and paste it into the corresponding field
※ The dashboard's conversion tag currently only supports tracking "website Page View visitors" — for setup, choose to track page views.
If you've already linked your Google Ads account with GA4, you can integrate your Analytics and Ads accounts and track site visitors through the GA code alone, without needing to set up a separate Conversion Tracking Tag.
Facebook Pixel
A webpage built with Feversocial automatically sends "events" to any embedded Pixel code — besides optimizing your Facebook ads through Pixel data, once you have enough site visitors, you can also generate lookalike audiences in the Ads dashboard for more precisely targeted ad delivery.
Where do I find my Facebook Pixel?
Find "Events Manager" in Facebook Business Manager
You'll see the list of Pixels your Business Manager owns — find the Pixel asset linked to your ad account
Go to the "Settings" tab and copy the "Pixel ID" (click once to copy it automatically)
Paste it into the Feversocial dashboard, and you're done.

LINE Tag
LINE Tag is a newer tracking code that lets you push notifications to your LINE OA audience based on people who've triggered a specific event (for example, pushing a notification to anyone who visited a certain webpage).
Follow these steps to add a LINE Tag:
Go to the LINE Official Account 2.0 dashboard, and under your designated official account, find the "Data Management" section
Data Management is split into "Audience" and "Tracking (LINE Tag)" — click into "Tracking (LINE Tag)" and scroll down to find the "Base Code"
In the code, find "tagId:" and copy the alphanumeric string inside the following quotation marks (it will include a few hyphens "-")
Paste it into the Feversocial dashboard, and you're done.
About the enterprise URL conversion tracking code
The enterprise parameter tracking code helps carry a designated URL parameter through to every URL on the page, letting you track a visitor's actual source at the moment of conversion. If you need this, reach out to us to learn more.
