Q: How do I test my promo?
While you're building your promo, you can click the "Test" button in the top-right of the editor at any time. Remember: every time you change your promo settings, you need to regenerate the test link to see the latest version.
This test link stays valid for 3 days — just regenerate it once it expires.
If you hit the test-count limit while testing, go to Manage Promo > Participant List > delete your test records, and you can keep testing.
Q: Can I still edit my promo after it's live?
Yes, you can still edit most of the content after your promo goes live. Just click "Pause Promo" in the top right, make your changes, then "Resume Promo." That said, once set, the "login method" and "reward mode" can't be changed — and prize quantities can only be increased, never decreased!
Q: How do I show my promo page on my own website?
We offer two main ways to feature your promo page on your website:
The first is an "external link" banner — clicking the banner takes users to your promo page.
The second is direct "embedding," so the promo becomes part of your website itself.
To embed it, you'll need to purchase our subdomain feature and complete "subdomain setup."
Setting up your subdomain requires pointing a CNAME to feversocial.com and setting up an SSL certificate. See the full details here: https://info.feversocial.com/help/CNAMEsetting-114
Q: How long does subdomain setup usually take?
Once your subdomain is set up, we'll help you configure the SSL certificate — this process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Q: How do I set up prizes for my promo?
You can easily add all kinds of prizes in "Prize Editing" on the left side of the editor.
If you're not sure which prize type fits your needs, claim all the prizes in our demo promo for reference: https://info.feversocial.com/salesdemo/790
If you want to set up member points, store credit, or coupons, remember to first enable "Member Login" in "Entry Eligibility" — otherwise you won't see those integrated prize types!
Q: Is there a limit on prize quantity? Does the promo stop once prizes run out?
There's no upper limit on prize quantity — set whatever amount fits your promo plan. If your prize supply runs out, the promo automatically pauses, but you can top up your plan and bring it back online without any issue. You might also consider adding a "consolation prize" or "thank you" prize so the promo can keep running until you use up your entry quota.
Q: Can I set win probabilities for prizes?
Yes — most of our lucky-draw modules (like Lucky Wheel and Scratch Cards) let you flexibly set a win probability for each prize. You can adjust the odds anytime: just pause the promo, make your changes, and resume.
Q: Can I reorder the prizes on the Lucky Wheel?
The Lucky Wheel's prize order follows the order you set in "Prize Editing." We don't currently support drag-and-drop reordering — if you need to change the order, you'll need to re-edit your prizes.
Note: if you've designed your own wheel graphic, remember to double-check whether it needs to be redesigned after changing your prize settings — since changing the prize order also changes each prize's position on the wheel.
Q: Can prizes be automatically credited to a customer's account?
Absolutely! If you're a Cyberbiz or SHOPLINE customer, our system supports automatic crediting for store credit, member points, and claimable coupons. Just create a claimable coupon link in your Shopline dashboard, paste that link into our dashboard, and winning customers get it credited straight to their account! This works for any customer on a Cyberbiz or SHOPLINE plan.
If you're not sure whether your current plan supports this, or haven't purchased the relevant plan yet, feel free to reach out to us!
Q: How do I set entry eligibility for a promo?
By default, each user can only enter once. If you want to allow multiple entries, turn on "Multiple Entries" in "Entry Eligibility" and choose a setting like "once per account per day."
Q: Can I restrict entry to new members or specific members only?
Yes, but it requires completing the relevant member integration first so our system can check that condition.
For a "new member" condition, once integrated, the system lets you restrict entry to "members who signed up within N days,"
for example: signed up within 1 day, or within 3 days.
*We currently can't precisely restrict entry to members who signed up within a specific date range.
If you'd like to restrict a promo to specific members, feel free to reach out to us for details!
Q: Can I set a minimum spend threshold for Purchase Reward or Order Reward (for e-commerce customers)?
Yes — both the "Purchase Reward" module and the "Order Reward" module support requiring a minimum amount to enter.
If you have your own order system you'd like to integrate, feel free to reach out to us for details!
Q: Can I customize the in-game text?
Some default system text, like the word "Limited" on the promo page, currently can't be customized on your own.
That said, feel free to send us the text you'd like changed along with your reasoning, and we'll pass it along to our product team for consideration.
Q: Can I add extra text to my promo page?
A: Yes — go to [Promo Pages] > [Add Page] on the left side of the editor, and use a "Text Block" to add whatever text you need, such as detailed promo terms or notices.
Q: How do I turn on "must answer everything correctly to win" for the Q&A module?
A: In "Interaction Settings," turn on "Must answer correctly to advance" and "Single attempt only." This way, customers must answer every question correctly to move forward — if they get any question wrong, they can't retry, and they won't receive a prize, keeping the promo fair.
Q: Can I embed a video in a Q&A question?
A: The Q&A module doesn't currently support embedding a video directly into a question. However, you can add a separate "Content Page" in your promo and embed a YouTube video there using a Text Block, so customers watch the video before returning to answer the question.
Q: How do I set a reward for each level in the Photo Challenge module?
A: You can set a small prize for each level, plus give an extra grand prize once a customer completes every level. The system unlocks rewards based on the "cumulative levels completed" you set, so customers earn a reward once they hit your target count.
Q: Can I extend the scratch-sensitivity timing on Scratch Cards?
A: Currently, Scratch Cards reveal the prize based on how much of the scratch-off area has been cleared. Once a player scratches off more than 60%, the prize is revealed.
Q: Can each hole in Poke a Prize have a different image?
A: Yes — set each hole's image to "fully transparent," then place your custom design on the background layer, so each hole shows a different visual!
We have plenty of demo promos with sample assets you can reference: https://info.feversocial.com/Demo/%E9%85%8D%E7%8D%8E%E9%81%8A%E6%88%B2-547
Q: Can Pick a Prize let a customer claim two different prizes at once?
A: No problem! In Pick a Prize, you can set up multiple prizes and let customers choose how many they want to claim. If you want customers to claim two prizes at once, set up two prizes and let them "claim all in one click."
You'll find this setting under [Prize Rules] > [Claim Limit].
Q: Can Check-In reward users after they hit a certain number of cumulative check-ins?
A: Yes! Set up a "Level-Clear Reward" so customers unlock and claim a reward once they hit your specified cumulative check-in count. For example, you could set separate rewards for 3, 5, and 7 cumulative check-ins.
Q: Can Multi Challenge be set to repeat daily?
A: Multi Challenge is designed around fixed mission goals that show as complete once finished, so it isn't meant for missions that repeat every day.
Q: Can Multi Challenge randomize which missions a player sees?
A: Randomized mission pop-ups aren't currently supported, but you can create a "mystery box" feel using generic mission icons and names.
