📌 Enterprise customers: Custom domain setup involves advanced configuration — please consult your Feversocial account manager before proceeding.
Step 1. Choose your subdomain name
First, decide on a subdomain name to use exclusively for your Feversocial promos.
Example:
Say your company website is www.mysite.com.tw
You could add a subdomain such as events.mysite.com.tw or info.mysite.com.tw.
Check availability: Make sure the subdomain name you choose isn't already used by another one of your company's services.
Step 2. Add a CNAME record in your DNS dashboard
Log in to your domain provider's DNS management dashboard (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare) and add a new record:

Record type: Choose CNAME.
Hostname: Enter the subdomain name you chose in Step 1.
Example: Enter events (the system will automatically append .mysite.com.tw).
Value/Target hostname: Enter Feversocial's target domain: proxy.fevercdn.com.

🔶 Cloudflare users, please note: When adding the CNAME record, set the proxy status to "DNS only" — do not turn on the proxy (the orange cloud icon). See the details below:
DNS changes take about 24–48 hours to propagate. We recommend confirming propagation before moving on to the next dashboard setup step.
You can use an online DNS lookup tool (such as mxtoolbox.com/CNAMELookup.aspx) to check whether your subdomain is successfully pointing to proxy.fevercdn.com.
Step 3. Finish the custom domain setup in the Feversocial dashboard
Once your DNS change has propagated, log in to the Feversocial dashboard and go to Sponsor Settings > Basic Info. Find the "Promo Domain" section and click the "Set Up Custom Domain" button at the bottom. Follow these steps to complete setup:

1. Get the CNAME record required by the DNS system (click the copy button to copy it):
Confirm the CNAME record has been added in your DNS dashboard and points to proxy.fevercdn.com.
Once that's done, click "Next."
2. Enter the subdomain (custom domain) you've pointed:
Enter the full domain name you've already set up with a CNAME record.
Enter the full domain (without http:// or a path), for example: mysite.com, event.mysite.com
Once entered, click "Next."
3. Confirm and submit:
The screen will show the custom domain you entered for a final check, and you'll need to check all three boxes below before you can submit:
✅ I've double-checked the domain spelling and confirm it's correct
✅ I've completed the CNAME setup and pointed it to the Feversocial proxy
✅ I understand that once submitted, I won't be able to make changes myself — any updates or troubleshooting will require contacting support
⚠️ Important: Once your domain setup is complete, it cannot be changed or removed on your own — any changes must go through support. Please double-check the domain spelling carefully before submitting.
Once all three boxes are checked, click "Confirm and Submit."
4. After setup is complete:
Once your custom domain is set up, the "Custom Domain" section in your dashboard will show your configured domain (with a lock icon, indicating it's locked and can't be edited).
