Who can add new admins

Whoever creates the sponsor dashboard is automatically set as the top-level Admin. Only Admin-level users can invite or modify other team members.

How an Admin adds a new admin

  1. Go to [Sponsor Settings] in the dashboard, find [Permission Management], and click [Invite Member].

2. Choose a permission level "first," "then" send the invite — you can invite a teammate into the dashboard by either "sending an email" or "generating a link."

Option 1: enter an email address and click Send Email

Option 2: generate a link directly

After sending the email or invite link to one teammate, be sure to close the invite dialog first before clicking Invite Member again for the next person — otherwise the invite may fail!

3. Have the person check their email or click the link, then log in to the dashboard using Google, Microsoft, LINE, Facebook, or by registering a new account.

*If they choose to log in via Google, Microsoft, LINE, or Facebook, they can enter the dashboard right after entering their basic information.

*If they choose to register instead, they'll need to verify their email first. Once verified, they'll be taken back to the login page to log in again, and can enter the dashboard after filling in their basic information.

Be sure to remember which login method you used the first time!
Use the same login method you first registered with each time you log in afterward.

How to create on-site staff accounts

In Permission Management, select [On-Site Staff] to either [bulk create] accounts or [create them individually].
This is useful for physical stores or in-person events with a lot of staff — the sponsor can create usernames and passwords directly, making it easier to manage.

  • Bulk create accounts

Upload your file using the downloadable template. Make sure to use a real email address for each account — every login will require OTP verification, sending a 6-digit one-time code to that on-site email address, preventing unauthorized logins and keeping your account more secure and giving you more peace of mind using the dashboard!

    - Data format: passwords must be at least 12 characters, and email addresses can't be duplicated

    - Supported file formats: xls, xlsx, CSV, JSON, with a file size limit of 8MB

    - Up to 500 entries per upload

  • Create an account

Just enter a username, email, and password individually
    - Passwords must be at least 12 characters

After bulk creating accounts, on-site staff can log in using the link to the on-site helper tool by entering their email and password, then completing OTP verification — and they're ready to go!
